The best thing is to screw straight into the stud otherwise you may lose your wine.
You don’t need an anchor if you do that, just ordinary wood screws at least two inches long

if hitting the studs no anchors needed, if not use the toggle bolts, plastic anchors suck.

I would hang some shelves with some lights than place the bottles in front of the light. Use light bulbs with watts under 60 for the color of the bottles don’t be suppresses by the shine of the light. If the bottles are not colored, do just the opposite. Gets colored lights bulbs to trespass the bottles but you get a better effect if the bottles are colored.

yes, hang shelves, but space them with different spaces, so they do not look too uniform…under 2 or 3 shelves hang black lights….then as you place your bottles find a few clear ones and fill them with water and drop some food coloring in them….place these bottles under the black lights…they will glow in these colors and look really cool at night. There is nothing wrong with decorating with things that cost little or nothing, you just have to use your imagination to make them unique.

Put candles in the wine bottles and let the wax drip down the sides. Use different color candles so you get layers of different colors.
